By purchasing services from 11h-fire, LLC, you as the client are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.

Payment of Fees

11h-fire, LLC will begin working on a project upon receipt of a down payment and a signed statement of work contract. Fifty percent of the total project cost is due at the start of the project. The remaining balance of the total project cost is due at project completion.  All payments are non-refundable upon receipt.  All payments must be in US Dollars and made through check or PayPal credit services.
There will be an additional $35.00 charge for a cancelled or returned check.


As the client, you authorize 11h-fire, LLC to install any scripts, software, or programs relevant to the web design project.

Completion Date

11h-fire, LLC and the client must work together to complete the project in a timely manner.  We agree to take all reasonable actions to complete the project as assigned by the statement of work contract timeline. All dates must be followed by the client to ensure proper completion of project. If the client does not supply 11h-fire, LLC with the complete text and graphic content by the dates outlined in the statement of work contract, the contract is void and all deposits are forfeited and any graphics, layouts or mock-ups will remain the property of 11h-fire, LLC.

Project Delay

If you have to delay the project after you have signed a written contract, you must submit a written request to put your project on hold.  After 90 days, your project will need to be reassessed at current rates and will also be put on a new timeline of completion to account for current 11h-fire workload. If you decide not to proceed, all deposits are forfeited and any graphics, layouts or mock-ups will remain the property of 11h-fire, LLC.


All graphics, illustrations, and layouts are intended to be kept whole as given to you. All work done by 11h-fire, LLC may not be used by anyone else but the specified client on the domain for which it was originally designed. All preliminary mockups to include graphics, layouts, and design concepts which are not selected by the client remain the full property of 11h-fire, LLC and may not be used in future projects for other clients. 11h-fire, LLC retains all rights to display artwork in any portfolios or advertising materials.
All website designs by 11h-fire, LLC require a text link back to 11h-fire.com. The client guarantees that links back to 11h-fire.com will remain in place until such time as that website design is no longer published on the Internet. Removal of the link is in violation of this agreement and subject to breach of contract.

Copyright and Project Ownership

When providing artwork, graphics or photos for use on your site or print, we require that you have a license to use them. It must be a royalty-free stock image or custom designed artwork where the original illustrator, photographer or artist has given you permission to use their work on your site. If 11h-fire, LLC uses photos, artwork, graphics, source code, or software for your website or a print design provided by a third party company, rights are not transferred to the client, and remain the property of their respective owners. Unless specifically stated by 11h-fire, LLC, all images, photos, and graphics provided to you by 11h-fire, LLC are to be used only once as intended by the agreement.
11h-fire, LLC does not provide copyright services for website design. The client is responsible and liable for all content, graphics, photos, and images upon final acceptance of the design.

Claims Period

Any claims for defects or damages must be made by the client in writing within 7 days after project delivery. Failure to make such a claim within the stated period of time shall constitute acceptance of the project as delivered and any subsequent requests for changes will be charged at our normal hourly rate.


Any service purchased from 11h-fire, LLC is provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind that the web design project will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will 11h-fire, LLC be liable to you or any third party, on any legal theory for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary or consequential damages arising out of the use of any 11h-fire, LLC service, graphic or code, or the use of any hosting service, service provider, telecommunications carrier, internet servers, third party e-commerce programs, or your site visitor's computer or internet software, including, without limitation, service interruptions caused by acts of nature, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of data or otherwise, even if expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
11h-fire, LLC will make no warranty to cover old browsers or requested special effects that have been advised against.

Print and Logo Design

All print design services, including but not limited to logo, brochure, envelopes, and letterhead, include up to two initial concepts as discussed and agreed upon with the client. Once an initial concept is chosen and approved the by client, up to two rounds of changes are permitted without charge. If the client exceeds the two rounds of changes, additional charges will apply at the hourly rate of $70 per hour. The client is responsible for final approval of design, which includes but not limited to spelling, phone numbers, fax numbers, addresses, and all other content. Once final approval and payment is made by client, 11h-fire will send the client the final design via email.

11h-fire is not responsible for misprints or errors after a design receives final approval by client. Final approval is communicated through phone telephone, fax, email, or text message services.


All correspondence and documents provided will be treated as confidential between the client and 11h-fire, LLC.
These terms and conditions supersede all previous representations, understandings or agreements. Terms are subject to change at any time without notice.
